Delivery charges will be actual based on Courier charges (See approximates of Shipment Details below).

• Packaging cost will be included in the bill.
• There is MOQ on our packaging items but claims of customers with slighlty damaged edges of boxes who have ordered less than 15 boxes of any size will not be covered under return claims.
• Normal despatch timelines are 3-4 working days from order placement.
• Normal delivery timelines for parcel outside Karachi is 4 working days from date of despatch , it might increase in some cases.
• Normal delivery timelines for parcel within Karachi is 1-2 working days from order placement it might increase in some cases.
• We will try to ensure delivery of parcels are on time but the customer cannot held us responsible for delay in delivery.
• All (100%) unused items can be exchanged/refund in 7 days of receipt of order (Provided it should also reach us in good condition). 
• In case of exchange or refund, delivery charges for return to be borne by customer.
• In case of damage due to courier, loss will be borne in 50% ratio by each party.
• COD parcel will subject to 2% additional charges by Courier company.
